If you wish to cancel your order, please email us on kontakt@seasidestory.pl. Once the cancellation request has been made we will return the funds into your bank account and confirmation will be sent to you via email. .
Can I change my order?
Please remember that the order can be canceled only if the parcel has not yet been dispatched. After placing the order, you will not be able to change chosen products or quantities. In such cases you should contact us directly to cancel the incorrect order. We would then recommend placing a new order directly from our website at a convenient time.
When will I receive my order?
Our aim is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Generally, the goods will be dispatched within 3 working days. As per our terms and conditions, delivery will never take longer than 14 working days. If you have any queries regarding the status of your order, please contact us and we will happily help you out.
How can I make an order?
To place an order, please choose the product you would like to buy and add it to the basket. To proceed, go to checkout, fill in contact details and pay for an order. Please make sure that you provide us with correct information to enable us to deliver your order without any disruption. If you need any help, please contact us directly.
Has my order been processed?
You will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes if the order has been placed correctly. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address used in the checkout process. If the confirmation email is not received, please contact us directly and we will help you out.
How much does delivery cost?
Your goods will be delivered as per one of the options chosen upon placing the order and can be delivered by one of the following companies: Inpost, DHL, DPD and Poczta Polska (Post). Can I change the delivery address?
If the order has not been dispatched yet and you would like to change the delivery address, please contact us directly and we will do our best to amend it for you. To enable us to do so, Kt will appreciated it if you can provide us with the following information: Name and surname Company name (if applicable) House number & street name Town & postcode Country Contact number & email address
What are exchange rules?
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the original order and place a new one and we will proceed with the new order as soon as we can.
What is your returns policy ?
If you are not happy with your order you can return it. To receive a full refund the item should be sent back within 100 days from the order receipt. Items need to be unused and the original paper tag needs to be kept. Please download and fill in the following return form (link) and email us a scanned copy at: kontakt@seasodestory.pl.

Have you received my return?
We will advise you via email once the return item has been received by us and we will then proceed with the return process.
When will I receive a refund?
From the receipt of returned items, we have 14 days to process a refund, however we will aim to do so as soon as possible.
My order is faulty. What shall I do?

Please provide us with as much information about the faulty item as possible. If you can, please send/email us photos of the faulty item. We will come back to you.

What are the payment terms?
You have two days to arrange the payment. If the payment would not be received as per the terms above we would consider it as an order cancellation and the product will be offered for sale again.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To reset your password follow „Forgot password” instructions which you can find on the login screen. Please note that due to safety reasons we would not be able to re-send you your old password via email.
Can I buy a voucher?
Vouchers of 100zl, 200zl & 500zl can be bought in our shop. Voucher will be emailed as an unique code to the email address provided during the order process. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
For how long the voucher is valid?
Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
How can I use a discount code ?
Please use “Apply discount code” on the payment screen. Type in your code and press “apply”. Please make sure that there are no additional spaces typed in front or at the end of the discount code.
